Two quick redirects that save most people a wait:
“My referral code isn’t working.” We can’t see or fix Public Mobile accounts — nobody outside Public Mobile can. Start with our fix guide. “I need Public Mobile customer support.” Public Mobile has no phone line or stores. Support runs through the chatbot and support tickets on publicmobile.ca, plus the community forum. We’re an independent guide, not a support channel.
What we do want to hear about

Public Mobile changes its plans and offers almost monthly, so if a number or date on this site is wrong, tell us — and if you can, include a link to the official source (a publicmobile.ca page or a community thread).
